I've started using it for a week and first time hit me like a January -10 degrees breath on mountain, and my nasals felt so relieved. I think all my life I've intake only 60-70% of the air I should take. I've started sleeping better, speaking louder (have no idea what impacted this) and running longer with less effort on my lungs. There's no way this is Placebo. If you have something like a deviated septum, this is something I would recommend!

I bought it locally, but there should be on Amazon or all major marketplaces!

I kid you not been through such videos since the last 2 weeks apparently I am trying to find a good chiropractor in my area with little to no success as I have deviated septum so breathing through my mouth while sleeping :(

Glad to know from someone that these really work time to order these

Can send me the brand name via pm as I am looking to buy them

Part of me wants (well not a case of want as I'll just type it anyway) to say:

You sleeping better because your running further.

Your running further because you are training.

Less effort on lungs because you are fitter and the fitness giving you confidence to speak louder.

BUT you do you if those strips are helping you all for it :) 🤟

Heard about it bro but never tried it out.

Always heard it's good for people who snore lol.

Neahh, i disagree on this one. Not that sports diesn't help the sleep, just the opposite, but I don't remind a time in the last 11 yrs where I had more than 3 days without sweating, albeit gym or home workout or jogging so sport is always in my lifestyle, even during vacation.

Thess strips increased the sleep quality a bit, ofc it has to do with the sport as well, but still, I breath easily during the night as well so it has to do with it. At least this is what I want to believe.

I didn't snore. I am the type lf person that wakes up if I snore too loud :D

Lol.. First time seeing this ,,,.. I was like + What is this actually,? Something artificial equipment for breathing practice..

No .. for Artificial ..
Yes... For Natural..

I don't know about it , have not studied about it. What I guess from the picture is some equipment for breathing right
.
but why go for such artificial equipment, when pranayama Breathing Techniques are in place... Natural,& very effective.. Actually No cost.. Live healthy & Naturally by Learning how to use techniques in breathing..

How do you that 24/7, when you have a deviated septum? Don't get me wrong, I am doing breath techniques, several times a day for anxiety reduction, but there is a physical challenge for my nose. At least tbe left side. And this is not intrusive as well, altho I am ready to do a surgery later this year.

As said, I've no knowledge about the thing called trinket ..
But my mind just don't accept artificial things to change breathing pattern that does naturally / automatically based on several aspects like nervous system..

i understand the importance of breathing as a Biological student as well as Yogic Studies..

In general - Its best - Not to relay on unnatural things and best to try with natural flow..

Maybe I'm wrong here without knowing the problems you have in your Nose..

Surgery ? Imao.. but I guess it's a minor one. Hope all is well..
