Currently, the feedback system is opinionated towards positive vs negative.
Which is ok but at the same time, it isn't ok.
Let me explain why this isn't OK.
Positive can be interpreted in many different ways and at the same time negative experience can be at the buyers own fault.
Since modifying the plugin itself massively probably not going to be very idea.
Let's try some soft touches instead by just changing the names/titles of the 3 options provided.
Positive -> Delivery + Everything Good
Neutral -> Delivery but Revisions Needed
Negative -> Not Delivered Or Seller Did Not Delivery What I Asked For
What's the difference between Neutral's Revisions Needed vs Negative Seller Did Not Delivery What I Asked For
Neutral's Revisions needed means, revision was all it takes to fix the original mistake.
While Negative means, that the seller couldn't fix the issue and a refund (most likely) or Tribunal occurred.
Wouldn't this mean there may be a lot more shift towards Neutral feedback as opposed to positive.
Yes, it would mean that but, as a buyer, you shouldn't be sitting there complaining to have things fixed since it was not done correctly when everything was outlined in the initial contract.
So let's not get this mixed with a Graphic Design's Revision count; That's within the "contract" or terms of sale
