I think we should remove the option for users to mark it as "Cannon Resolve" when creating threads. If possible, remove (No Prefix) as well.

Feels kinda tilting and insulting (to the staff) to create feedback marked as cannot resolve from the get-go.

That was a mistake I made as it shouldn't be selectable to members.

I just fixed it now. Thank you for pointing this out.

I thought the same thing & happy seeing all good suggestions are getting fixed / resolved quickly..
