Pretty sure we don't need the "No prefix" & "Closed" label :) ?

Yeah, no prefix and closed shouldn’t be options for members.

I’ll fix it today.
 
This has been fixed now. ‘Closed’ as a prefix is no longer an option for regular users, and a prefix has to be selected.
