Going on a pizza diet - seriously.

I am on a diet right now... dropping 2kg or 4.5 lbs per month.

Just figured my local grocery store sells amazing pizzas that are just 630 calories.

I can cut the bread out and fit the pizza in since I consume about +500 calories of bread per day and this pizza has better macros:

310g pizza:

  • 630 calories
  • 20 g fat
  • 81 g carbs
  • 10 g sugar
  • 30 g protein

I can stuff my face with pizza every day of the week and still lose weight.

This post has no other meaning; I just wanted to make you jealous. Hopefully, I don't get hit with a warning for self-promotion.

Bruh. Don't get me wrong, nowadays I eat pizza, chips, etc sometimes too, but it's not my only food (my main food is still healthy and cooked at home). But only pizza? Wooo, you outcompeted us all. Enjoy, sounds tasty 😅

Daily menu for the next 2 months:

1 pizza
2 packs of noodles
150g oatmeal

and a couple of scoops of protein powder.

I don't plan to keep living on this forever... only a couple of months until the kilos are lost.

That's pretty much my diet from may till October pizzas min 3 days a week lol

Honestly, I wish that my pizzas looked anything like that.

I have a slim version that is stripped of everything especially cheese :D

OK I'll make sure to tag you into Pizza requests tomorrow. Thats my commerical base I make as we have to do anything from 38-50+ depending on how many people respond to the menu. Our family ones during the week I hand pull them and not so uniformed as its easy to make 4-5 pizzas by hand and just relax. Doing the bigger orders needs some structure as I discovered painfully 1 year

It lacks nutrients and is not healthy, but I am after protein and carbs only.

I take supplements and vitamins, which aren't meant for long-term use obviously... only for when I am on a diet that requires them.

You can alter up the pizza or add to it and just get a gas torch to burn whatever you need?

Id probably go in another direction and do protine powder + oatmeal + banana for breakfast OR Eggs and Toast

Meal wise if you like pizza consider doing wraps? You can batch them as well and fill them with whatever so you got a bit of mix. Or my rule was always fish and potato OR meat with rice or pasta.

Some maybe different options for you. Can't fault the pizza though if you are controlled in other areas

Just finished broccoli and chicken breast every day of the week... Greek yogurt with berries.

Everything requires time to prepare.

Pizza takes a couple of minutes in the microwave, noodles take 2 minutes, and oatmeal is just milk added, and I leave it in the fridge for a few hours... I almost don't even have dishes to clean, zero input or effort from my side is required for this menu.

I am a lazy fuck.

Yeah I assumed this pretty much at the time I read you use a microwave to cook. :ROFLMAO:
