Google Ads, by far.
As an advertising system (that actually works), it's superior because you can chose how much control you want to have. It has coverage in almost every type of campaign (search, video, banners, native) so it can literally serve any type of business.
FB is amazing, don't get me wong. But it doesn't have a use case for every type of business while Google does.
For that reason, if I must choose one, I'd go with Google over Meta.
