There’s a fine line between persistence and edging & straight-up self-torture.
Staying in the wrong job, project, degree, business, or relationship because you “already invested so much” can turn into a slow, painful drag where you’re basically emotionally raw-dogging life for no real payoff.

If you lost this job, project, degree, or whatever today, would you actively try to get it back? Or would you take it as a sign from God and move the fuck on?

There’s also a difference between "I dont want to do this anymore", “this is hard”, "this is beyond me" and straight up "fuck it".

When do you just give up your projects?

I seen so many people say don't give up, keep grinding, but is it really worth it?

as a skill gap issue ?
or as a
this thing wont be sustainable issue ?
Not so much skill just not being possible.

I wanted to be police man but I am not allowed to because I am type 1 diabetic, so can't weather I have the skill or not

that is assuming you ain't overestimating yourself too though
which is pretty much impossible for alot of people.

I can walk miles easily without needing a break. I can pretty easy carry someone my height or taller without much effort.

Do you know about an Aussie celebrity who some people claim me and him act alike not sure on his name, just know he was pretty famous before he got married?

When it stops being fun for a while. Every job has periods where it’s not enjoyable and feels draining all day, every day. But if your personal life starts to suffer because of it, then it’s time to move on and find something else. Frankly, it’s not worth wasting your life on a miserable job.
