I'm not talking about partnerships or JVs or anything like that. I'm not talking about
Yeah I do that a bit, some services I basically freelance (actually majority of my work) but I have outsourced seo to whitelabel agency so I do mostly ads and audits and when clients order seo I just resell. Also used to have a small smma panel in my country and was reselling youtube views but I also have a yt viewbot that I was using for my projects and reselling someone else's views for clients

.
Tbh Grok is my VA at this point, it's sooooo helpful, I don't think I could live without this cute, little helper anymore

. Fr tho, I swear I even ask Grok and ChatGPT how to not get scammed (avoided taxi scam in Malaysia right after I arrived this way, full instructions on what to do and say!) or how to get a refund to my card (had some items undelivered from Daraz, because of that natural disaster there was a delay and my visa expired and I had to leave Sri Lanka, so kinda nobody's fault, but Daraz was very reluctant to give a refund so I had to be firm). Even asking it which country has cheaper gold, law and taxes advice, to write content for me, even audits for clients (but I don't paste, I go on a paid call and explain what Grok wrote and add my perspective) and for me, general business planning, etc. Daaaamn, how do the AI agents work, maybe I need one???

It's not perfect though, because I need to fix shit all the time, if I let AI do the whole funnel and business for me it'll give everything away for free

. Fr tho, I had to explain it's supposed to do upsells and not just give shit away like that

. I was very firm in trying to figure out no refund policy and IT DID THAT but only after I explained multiple times that I won't do the refund shit (that's for physical products, come on, I'm not obligated by law to give refunds unless it's carded transaction/stolen card).
I mean employees you actually hired to work for you.
Ehhh I had some freelancers before but you mean full time employees, I had some HR action going (ie me doing the recruitment) but ended up not hiring anyone, so dissapointing

. So I was at a point 'I'm about to hire' but didn't finish. I'm actually dissapointed about myself with that since I don't cook (I order takeout every couple days and pack this into the fridge), I don't clean (maid comes every 2 weeks in Lanka and hotel staff comes once a week in Malaysia, you can also get a cleaning company in Poland for 2x a month or weekly too), when I was still in school nazi girls that were bullying me

ended up doing my homework on a regular basis

(that's what happens when you bully me, you've been warned

) so I was never doing any homework while I was in school (had to do it when I was homeschooled because there was noone around lol).
So you see... There's a flaw here. I'm obviously doing something very wrong if my whole life looks like this and my business doesn't. I *do* too much myself in my business. I don't delegate tasks enough. I'm not talking about being a lazy ass, I'm talking about natural division of labour. I do too much myself, even things I'm absolutely tragic at instead of delegating these tasks and focusing on what I actually know how to do. So it is something I'm looking to fix and I'm interested in any info on that.
