Reddit is a lot less toxic than I remembered. I recently returned there, and for what I see, it's pretty nice. People are friendly..

I didn't spam it as much as I used to but even those who do don't get as much shit as a year or two ago.

Is it just me?

Hmm.

No idea about Reddit, but all prospects are acting different for me. Generally they're less aggressive, yeah. But also most people don't respond even. Which is not normal for me, usually I get a lot of responses (even if some are graphic 😐).

Think the feed is better refined to your browsing / history.

I still find it a sess pool. I don't mind that tho. Like anything it's down to expectations on the type of subreddit your in.

As I say to people in life. Any place can be nice. It's as rough as you decide to make it.

Reddit has calmed down a bit due to their aggressive default moderation update.

You only have 2 options "Moderate" or "High", there us no "Low" option.
And it bypasses all the Moderator rules setup in automoderator, which sucks since moderator cannot be asked go go through "spammed" comments and manually approve them, it is just too much, especially since a ton of moderators have stopped since the API update.

Reddit has become more friendly towards users, but more toxic towards moderators in general.
