We step into the new month, June 1st (Today) - New Month, New Goal.

And, Tomorrow is going to be Special day for me (June 2nd - Birthday )

This inspired me to start something by Today..

As you all know, Birthday isn't just a time to celebrate itself. It is an expression of thanks to God for being born and still being alive. It is also an occasion to rethink your life. It is a great time to reflect on your past, evaluate your present, and make plans for your future.

By knowing this, I searched for " Best ways to celebrate birthday."

I got some really nice ideas and I'd like to share it you all.

Certainly, it will be helpful for me as well to celebrate in unique ways. .

If today isn't your birthday, read the rest of this now, (and feel free to do one of these suggestions)

Perhaps you don't really celebrate your birthday - some people I know don't - or perhaps your birthday is your favorite day of the year. Either way, you will want to read this article.

If you are a birthday lover - this will give you more reasons to love your day. If you aren't a birthday fan (it just reminds you that "I'm a year older today"), this article will give you a completely different focus for this day.

Here're some ideas to make your special day even more special.
  • Eat your favorite food. It's your day - you deserve it. Even if your favorite foods don't "go together," they do today. Enjoy!
  • Do a favorite childhood activity. Maybe it was a board game, or playing tag, or doodling. Whatever it was, do it today! Do it as a way to reignite your inner child and your creativity. Do it for the pure enjoyment. You will be amazed at how it will make you feel.
  • Laugh out loud. Do something that makes you laugh with delight! Laughter feels good and is good for you. Perhaps one of the other ideas on this list will make you laugh out loud - if so, great!
  • Give a gift to someone else. We all know it feels better to give than receive, so why not give gifts to others on our birthday? Consider starting with your mother - after all, she had a more memorable day when you were born than you did!
  • Give your day away! You don't have to give a physical gift, you can give your time - to someone you love, to a charity, or whatever you wish! Make your day a gift to someone else.
  • Give yourself the gift of time. Sometimes our days are so packed with events and tasks that we don't have time for ourselves. Consider giving yourself the gift of time for your own rest and relaxation (or the time to do another item on this list!)
  • Send yourself a card. A few days or weeks before your birthday find a card you love, sign it, and write yourself a note. Then address and stamp the envelope and ask someone to mail it to you a couple of days before your birthday. This is a great way to guarantee a card, and I promise it will make you smile.
  • Spend time with someone you love. This might overlap with a couple of other ideas on the list - but that's OK. What could make for a better day than spending time with those you care about the most?
  • Make a memory. Challenge yourself to create memories today that will last a lifetime.
  • Reflect on the last year. Your birthday is a milestone, so it can be a great day to review your results and actions of the past year to see how you have done and determine what is working - and what isn't!
  • Set some new goals. Today is a perfect day to look forward, to project into the future, to set goals for the next twelve months. If you don't have written goals, today is a perfect day to create them!
You'll notice this isn't like some lists you read that make you think you should try all of the ideas. It wouldn't be possible to do all of these things in one day. The ideas fall into a focus on your past, present, or future - and all of them are about you.

The key is to pick one that feels right to you and add it to your celebration. It is your day, after all!

Also, I feel - The reason to do so is to really get a reason to celebrate. If you complete your goals, you have a great reason to celebrate.

If you haven't reached the goals you celebrate your efforts towards your goals.

In all it helps you to be focused.

I Appreciate, more special ideas. . ☺

I never really celebrated my birthday, never thought that being born is an accomplishment worth celebrating.

I read this article again with my wife..

Here's what she said,

A very Good Try..,
All the Best..

You never tried like this on any Birthday.. May this will be the first one.

And asked permission as well from @Zwielicht

Hope I will create one account for her very soon.. Which Maybe as a Gift for her on the special day. :)

She doesn't have account yet, so I just translated what she said and posted in the spoiler..

I’m not big on birthdays myself, but for a different reason.

I stopped celebrating my birthday when I was a teenager as too many people would give me gifts that turned out to be transactional. That is to say, the “gifts” were held over my head as a way to guilt trip me into doing things for them, otherwise I’d be called an ingrate.

Over the last few years, I’ve become a bit more receptive to celebrating my birthday, but I only really let @Impulse celebrate it.

What you listed is basically all we do on my birthday: eating my favourite food, doing something fun from my childhood (usually playing video games), and spending time with my wife. You’re absolutely right that gifts don’t need to be material, and spending time with my wife and making more memories with her is better than any material gift, anyway.

If you’d like another idea, try to give yourself a break from something that’s been stressful. For instance, I like to have a “phone detox” on my birthday where I just don’t use it that day.

WTF? This is insane! Take your fckn gifts back and have a sit on this motherfuckin cactus 🌵🌵

I never really celebrated my birthday, never thought that being born is an accomplishment worth celebrating.

I choose to celebrate special day with officeoutlaw like

  • Set some new goals. Today is a perfect day to look forward, to project into the future, to set goals for the next twelve months. If you don't have written goals, today is a perfect day to create them!

" Ideas to make your special day even more special "

I normally relax or work on my birthdays and I treat my ferrets to a special meal normally. Last Birthday ferrets had giant fishcakes, world famous Fish soup Stornoway blackpudding, south Korean chicken

I’m not big on birthdays myself, but for a different reason.

Am also not big on Birthday.., I just stopped to celebrate over few years .

But, wish to celebrate unique ways like "Starting New Goals, Memorable what I started doing ..

Make a memory. Challenge yourself to create memories today that will last a lifetime.

Good to know about it .

I celebrate by spending time with family, no party or anything..

Mother cook some special foods and some will be parceled to offer food for poor ..

Also, I do celebrate by offering food (grains) to birds, (sugar) to incests, (biscuits) to dogs..

Like such way I celebrate whatever makes my soul happy.. I'm following this as my birthday celebration for past few years

This year, I continue doing it and in addition some more Good things to follow,

I stopped celebrating my birthday when I was a teenager as too many people would give me gifts that turned out to be transactional. That is to say, the “gifts” were held over my head as a way to guilt trip me into doing things for them, otherwise I’d be called an ingrate.

If you’d like another idea, try to give yourself a break from something that’s been stressful. For instance, I like to have a “phone detox” on my birthday where I just don’t use it that day.

Go outdoors. Throw some axes or knives. Sit and cook around a fire. Watch the night come by. Drink a good wine or bourbon.

Look up at the sky and just relax.

That's most of weekends anyway.

Good day for all reading this..
Okay, It's sounds myself like..
The Day I've been waited for..

Inner self tells me something like It's the time you've waited for ..

Okay, Let's Start..!
As planned, I'm gonna Celebrate this Special day in unique ways..

I'm creating this for memory to recall Next June 2nd 2026 (Glory to be God)

Eat your favorite food. It's your day - you deserve it. Even if your favorite foods don't "go together," they do today. Enjoy!

➡️ Done in the Morning.. It's usual Dosa with Coconut Chutney..

➡️ For Lunch.. Mom plans to prepare my favorite food, which is Beef Briyani, Beef Chukka 😋

  • Do a favorite childhood activity. Maybe it was a board game, or playing tag, or doodling. Whatever it was, do it today! Do it as a way to reignite your inner child and your creativity. Do it for the pure enjoyment. You will be amazed at how it will make you feel.

My child hood activities are "Making Hand Made Crafts "

I just made one daily calendar,
So it reminds me daily when Everyday Begins..

I will post pictures of my craft Later.

  • Laugh out loud. Do something that makes you laugh with delight! Laughter feels good and is good for you. Perhaps one of the other ideas on this list will make you laugh out loud - if so, great!

Nice Idea,
I am gonna watch some of the Ultimate Prank Videos.. Those Funny Prank Videos are all my favorite, that's why I shared it already 😉

  • Give a gift to someone else. We all know it feels better to give than receive, so why not give gifts to others on our birthday? Consider starting with your mother - after all, she had a more memorable day when you were born than you did!
🤔..
Today, I got blessings from father, mother and grandmother by touching their foot.
  • Give your day away! You don't have to give a physical gift, you can give your time - to someone you love, to a charity, or whatever you wish! Make your day a gift to someone else.

Certainly, I make this day as 'A Gift to Someone"

  • Give yourself the gift of time. Sometimes our days are so packed with events and tasks that we don't have time for ourselves. Consider giving yourself the gift of time for your own rest and relaxation (or the time to do another item on this list!)

This reminds me to use my time wisely..
As Z suggests, I just don't use phone today
  • Send yourself a card. A few days or weeks before your birthday find a card you love, sign it, and write yourself a note. Then address and stamp the envelope and ask someone to mail it to you a couple of days before your birthday. This is a great way to guarantee a card, and I promise it will make you smile.

This idea is fantastic, haven't tried yet and hope to try this today when I get free..

  • Spend time with someone you love. This might overlap with a couple of other ideas on the list - but that's OK. What could make for a better day than spending time with those you care about the most?
Spending time with our family Today.

  • Make a memory. Challenge yourself to create memories today that will last a lifetime.

Yes, I'm Making Memories here.

  • Reflect on the last year. Your birthday is a milestone, so it can be a great day to review your results and actions of the past year to see how you have done and determine what is working - and what isn't!

The Next Year, I start the thread to review the results.. Thanks
  • Set some new goals. Today is a perfect day to look forward, to project into the future, to set goals for the next twelve months. If you don't have written goals, today is a perfect day to create them!

I'm setting new Goals.. Maybe, I will update later today..
