Sad days.

My fav blue light filtering app is now useless because it won't work on the lock screen anymore.

Anyone using "Blue Light" filtering apps or glasses can really just send me the money, it will bring you more health for the money. Blue light emitted by digital screens is minuscule, fractional compared to what you naturally receive just by walking outside. So shut your windows and stay inside instead FFS.

Melatonin is one of the cheapest supplements.

And I tell you... it's not enough because causes of insomnia are way different than blue light.

Insomnia happens due to serious mental health problems.

I almost never heard of serious insomnia in healthy population.

PS. sometimes I like to spend 24 hours straight looking at screens.

Melatonin is classed as a drug here so you have to get a prescription.

Besides I'd rather rely on my own endogenously produced sleepy eepy chemical rather than a mere supplement.

Ok, but I think it can make dreams wilder, although it happened to me when I took it about once a week.

Oh yeah it does.

I wanted it for my lucid dreaming journey when I was 15 but alas.

I had to use something and I'm not joking called horny goat weed instead.
