Jealous employee threatening to tell the CEO about my relationship with my manager

There's an employee who found out about the relationship and wants to tell the ceo. He thinks it's unfair that I'm with my manager because he has a thing for her but he's trying to make it seem like I'm going to get raises for being with her. It doesn't work like that.

There's nothing in my contract against in office romances but you know with these companies they might start taking issues with random things.

How do I silence this guy so he doesn't tell the ceo? Should I disclose the relationship to the ceo first? He acts understanding sometimes but I don't trust him.

how big is the company?
if its a big company
lets say 100+ or even thousands +
unless he has a actual real relationship with the ceo
he has nothing on you
at worse, he just send a HR complaint
and they will just move u to be managed under someone else.
