We're still beta testing The Trading Post, so it's not fully open to new submissions right now since we still need to work out the pricing. Once we're finished, we'll post an announcement about it here: https://officeoutlaw.com/forums/announcements.78/

As for Sapphire Status, we're also tinkering with the requirements for it. It's been temporarily set to 4 days just so nobody signs up and immediately submits a listing whilst we're in the beta phase.
