Ledger any good?

I keep hearing about this "ledger" but IDK about that.

People are saying it's better because its a hardware wallet but whats everyones experience with it?

It's has better security such as offline storage and the private keys are never exposed to the internet
but it does cost $ unlike software wallets.
It also requires physical access which also can be lost or damaged.

At times, i feel like it's not really worth the effort unless you are amassing $

My first ledger device actually got damaged. Ledger sent me a replacement one, but it took a little while to get here. I forgot that I even had a replacement device on the way and ended up buying a new, so when it got here, I was like, "Well, I have two now..."

I might give the other one to my younger sister at some point. She's actually here on this forum, but I won't say who she is.

Ledgers are way better than an online wallet, however they come with their own kind of problems as well. But again, much better than an online wallet.

Yeah, ledger customer service was pretty alright for me too.
Mine wasn't working and they sent me a replacement and helped me get things sorted.

Yeah, I really do like their customer service. It’s pretty rare for me to come across that these days.
