New week, new opportunities to get shit done.

2. If a cable gets here make a new Pi laptop this week.

So in the quiet time.

We have just over 400 lines of products that we manufacture online and have just under 600 waiting to go online. However some of the ones we have added recently just don't seem to be popular (they will sell) just time so decided to shift things up a little.

So new turn on events this morning:

Myself and two staff members created a detailed prompt for GTP to deep research our products, including the products we have yet to publish, compare that list (live and not live) to competitors and find things we are missing or have not included. It also gives us guidance on if the products we have not put online are worth it (regardless, they go will be published as we need to sell them anyway)

It's come back (just finished after over 90min) with a rather detailed document with some gaps in our product offering which should be popular.

So now it's a case of going through these item by item, add them for in house testing and then create manufacturing lines for this year and next year.

Has me a bit excited. So this week will be mainly focusing on that and seeing what new growth opportunities it has discovered and more importantly missed opportunities

It's kind of both kit and parts because I will add some of my own stuff to it.

I bought the parts myself from nice American lady but never got round to making just being to busy but now got.

You get pretty easy of Etsy or Ebay or sometimes proper Raspberry PI themed sites as well.

Pitop sell normally premade kits for doing you just add in the Pi it should work.

This week has been good. We got 60 products added to admin so far and 20 of them live. It's not loads.

It's slow progress cross checking and getting all info together. Makes me think I need a better system internally for that.

New social posts started to feed this week.


Also my major project last boxes posted today. So now waiting game.
