Resolved "Mark Read" under Support isn't very C1e@r

So the Mark Read isn't very clear
This actually "makes all tickets as read" but it's not directly under "Your Tickets" but looks like it's sectioned on it's own (a main section) do i make sense? idk actually
anyways
Maybe rename it to be a bit more clear?
