What are you doing now to get clients?

Are you on any platforms or marketing in any way shape or form?

No, not doing any marketing right now. Just looking genuine person who can do or tell me if I can do.. I am on forums where I am just bidding the project if any published.

So step your presence up a notch and build your-self a tiny VA Agency site where you present your services and reviews from former customers, start asking your former customers for reviews.

Treat your VA service as a business even if it is a personal service.

VA services who is your ideal client?

Are you on any job sites etc?

Forums won't help really you need to get a bit more proactive about it really..
Yes, right.. only forums can't help that's why I am trying to do marketing in different ways but how that i am looking for?
Currently I have 2 clients but they don't have ongoing work.. rest few are coming and going just because of one time work.

So for that i need to make a website first, right?

Well everyone is a VA.

What I would do is pick an area to specialise in and also make it niche specific.

So learn software that industry use etc then research people's pain points and use that as part of your message..

Focus in a small group of people in a niche then broaden out from there as it grows.

Id then do the following:

1. Get a small 1 page site up.
2. Get listed on LinkedIn etc
3. Get listed on upwork etc

Yes, you can start with register a domain like vapayal.com or something and get a cheap hosting account at HostKoala for $5 a year and install WordPress with a simple theme like this one maybe, I have a GeneratePress license so I can install the theme free for you.

This way your new site would cost you under $20 in total per year to maintain.

Linkedin start searching for #va #virtualassistant etc as you would on any platform for anyone looking for services.

Share posts and content around services you offer make up things like.

I had a client who was struggling with x you came in and implemented your services and now there's a % improvement.

Just make a story that follows:

Researched pain points people you target have.

How you solved it and your services.

How the client managed after and any improvements or uptake.

End of a call to action. If this sounds familiar give me a go or so on.

Upwork you can register for free and bid with Jobs. Target small niche things you can try and pitch for

One important thing to keep in mind is to make sure you're building a presence in more than one place where you could potentially offer your services... social media, forums, freelance platforms, and any others you might think of.

Then, depending on what’s currently working best for you... you can apply the 80/20 principle. Focus most of your resources on the area where 20% of your effort brings in 80% of your client acquisition results.

The idea is to have a presence in multiple places but to prioritise what works during a specific period while the others remain active and ready to potentially convert for you :)

Okay, thank you 😊
I'll make sure the equation to apply while working on any platforms. 😊
