New OP repeats on the second page in a 'suggestion' post type

It kinda make sense in suggestions because most of the engagement should be with the original idea and not to create a conversation, but I'm not sure it fits this community as we make everything a debate and a conversation

This looks like it is exclusive only in the Forum Suggestions.
Most likely something to do with the budget reddit voting panels.
