AI-generated content is everywhere these days, there's no denying that. Right now, even some of the biggest forums have an influx of AI-generated content.

At the time of writing this, Office Outlaw does not have this problem, but as this forum grows, we will no doubt encounter this issue.

What Is Allowed?
There's no issue with using the AI language model for any of the following:
  • To fix your spelling and grammar.
  • To get ideas on how to respond.
  • Rephrasing or refining your content
  • To make adjustments to your written content (example: adjusting tone).
In regards to the last two, it's understandable to use it to adjust the tone of your content, especially if English isn't your first language. Just be wary of doing what isn't allowed in the section below.

What Isn't Allowed
Put simply, straight up copy/pasting whatever ChatGPT pumps out after you submit a basic prompt is prohibited.

If you need an example of this, then take a look at the image below:

If your content is blatantly AI-generated and our community members spot this, you will receive a notice about it in your inbox from a moderator and warning points.
