You going with a digital product?

Focus is a tough I like to do 4 day lists.

When you crossed everything off then do what you want till then you are bound by it.

Anything not done in an 8-10hr window moves to next day.

If same jobs are always being passed over get somone to do it because you either hate or suck at it or just don't have time and shows your focus is elsewhere.

It's lifetime aquire vs cost aquire or something like that... No Google.

Instead of talking maybe listen some more or learn when silence matters, it's a hard thing to learn.

Theres also story time and just talking about the job, it's not easy does take a while to learn that.

I was thinking more akin to a private paid community.

My channel and socials will be for promoting the private community when they've grown enough.

But it's a long way away anyway.

I'm using a rudimentary A-C system.

So A task would be the most important to do.

Once A's are done I'll move onto B's.

C's are nice-to-dos.

One or two tasks per A-C.

An A task for me would be to make one YouTube short.

B would be something like dming other creators for a Collab.

C would be something like changing the website into a sales funnel.

Have no idea how many hrs I work tbh but probably 4-5 hrs.

It's quite sporadic since caffeine plus ADHD varies my work.

Delegation is a skill I'll need to learn eventually.

If I had to split my list to A-C I'd never get anything done.

I've seen lots of systems if that works for you with adhd etc then perfect.

I just fold 4 bit of paper twice half and half. Then square 1 is Monday, square 2 Tuesday etc.

Fits in my back pocket. Perfect.


Community one is good have you started steps to build one. Or a user base to target?
