Hello!

I want to keep growing my agency and I'd love to partner with you to do it.
I have worked out a few deals that I believe some of you may find interesting.

We work mainly with three types of clients: End clients (SMBs and big companies), other agencies (as sub contractors or problem solvers), and non-profits.

End Clients: We aim charge clients a minimum fee of $2K/mo for managing their Google Ads account. In most cases it includes a Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads), tracking, offline conversion reporting and integrating the network to most CRMs. The price goes up based on the complexity of the account.
Once we start working with a client, our management fee never changes, no matter the ad spend (unless the client asks for more services later on, of course). I think this is fair, and this is how I like to do business.

In most cases, our end clients are medium businesses, but we also have some large companies or small businesses in our portfolio.
I'll be more than happy to send over some case studies.

Other Agencies: Collaborating with other agencies stand for most of our revenue. Our work with agencies is usually more of a partnership or a collaboration.
SEO or social media agencies work with us on their clients if they want to offer services they are unable to offer on their own.

Non-profits: I have a soft spot for non-profits, and I like most people who work for charities, so they get ridiculous discounts and whatever else they need that I can help with. As a person, I'm a huge jerk (or at least that's what my wife says), so this is how I balance it out.

I have two offers in mind:
1. If you have an agency and want to offer your clients our Google Ads management service, I'll split the revenue with you 50/50. You'll do the client management, and I'll take over their Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising accounts (white label is also available if you want).

Another option is if you don't have an agency and want to recruit clients and be their point of contact. I don't really mind that, either.

2. If you want to refer your connections or direct potential clients our way, I'd be happy to pay for the referral. What usually goes is one of three options:
1. 60% of the client's first payment
2. 80% of the second
3. 100% of the third
I'm open to other ideas for collaborations.

Cheers guys!
