I was doing a pinterest before 2018-2020; it was easy at that time, and for new accounts, they were giving them a boost at the start. there wasn't a sandbox like now... 
I will start in Niche that is not paying well but can skyrocket easily and reach 10 million views in a short time.

Before they banned all my accounts, why, who knows... They were banning everyone like crazy... They wanted unique images... Now they are flooded with AI images but i dont think they are performing very well...
Plan is to buy a domain and build a website first.
After that, i will make a Pinterest account and turn it into a business and connect a domain.
I will share a domain and everything once it goes live.
I will use other people's memes and will craft them in Canva with some templates.
What i read and checked for Pinterest nowadays is that you need a consistency of a month or 2 for Pinterest to start giving you more exposure and growth.
All i am interested in is outbound clicks to my site, as thats only i and everyone else needed: more traffic to your own site more earnings.
Website will be monetized with Adsense and Monumetric probably.
For Pinterest TItles and descriptions, i will use chatgpt as its easy and pretty good for Pinterest and it will craft me 4 Pinterest descriptions with hashtags and its ready to copy/paste it there without any edits needed.
For content on website i am not sure yet what to do, as it shouldn't be pure AI because i want traffic from google also.
