Declined Profile Post Comments count towards Reaction but not Message Count

However, it does count towards Reaction Score.

Okay, just to provide an update, Xenforo apparently does not have a built-in setting for profile messages to count toward a user's reaction score.

This requires either a custom add-on or for me to find a pre-existing add-on.

I've got to mark this one as "cannot resolve" for now.

However, if you come across a plugin for this, let me know and I can look into adding it in.

OK, I looked into this a little more and it is the way Xenforo works by default and it's not easy to change.

We're just going to leave it like this as it's not a big deal to change. I appreciate the heads-up you gave us on this, though.
