Do you take 10min out to just meditate or sit in silence with no distractions during the working day?
I've started to do this, sit in silence, close my eyes and just reflect and try to relax and focus back up.
Turn off the volume so can't hear email alerts, just try to shut off the world for a little moment of peace.
Found it's become helpful when you have things coming from multiple angles, just lets you refocus and get back into the mojo of working.
