When you work 9-5, every reason to spend money asap is a good reason.

I'm not team 9-5, so I'm looking for something to make use of 5000 gmails a month other than sign up via Google. Thunderbird won't support this use case.

Edit: Wrong sub forum, it's tech subforum. Bleh. I'm gonna write 2000 words in another subforum about gmail and answer my own question. Like I usually did on BHW.

As I understand it they will eventually offer free accounts to people as they make money, limited accounts it seems.

I am not sure how much I trust Mozilla these days as an Apple, Google or MIcrosoft alternative. It's why I switched from Thunderbird to Betterbird and Firefox to Zen. Both forks of each product. Haven't used former on desktop in while and no complaints so far that wouldn't effect Thunderbird/Firefox anyway.
