I know a method via donation 10,000 INR minimum per person + 500 INR for the ticket.
You will get darshan in 2-3 hours max , no need to wait in long queues .
Myself visited Tirupati 2 times with my family doing Donation / Hundi to Temple Trust and normal it takes 2 hours for darshan.

Check in your city if there are any travellers who do bus transporat toTirupati they can also arrange the tickets
It's very hard to get that when it open. Gets booked in 10-15 minutes.
Even getting the 10000 INR ticket is hard. It's called a break dharshan. They get sold out. With tirupati even to get a 500,000 INR donor pass is hard because it gets booked instantly.
What you do is try to get hold of some local tour operator and they would be able to arrange something. There are specific operators who take you in MLA or MP quota should be 400-500 INR per head if am not wrong plus you will have to use them for transportation etc.
Additionally you can keep trying when slots open. Set an alarm and do it within first 5 minutes. Keep all your payment details in hand.
What if used political influence?
Is there any govt high class officer in your family or friends they can try.
Or as the @indianmojojojo has suggested for tour operators , search in your city there must be some operators who can help you in this.
You need to do research in your city ask your friends I think online forum can’t help you in that beside providing basic informations.

We use it sometimes. It's still not instant. MP Quota tickets. It's only for break dharshan. Which is 10000 INR even that is hard to get. They won't give it for free unless you are relative of the politician. We still pay the middleman operating on behalf of that MP.
Everything tirupati takes time and not instant. Maybe 4-5 years ago the break dharshan ticket could be got 1 week in advance. Now it's 3-4 months waiting time even for that
