Tool that screenshots your PC every now and then?

This is going to sound odd but I'm looking for a tool that can screenshot my PC screen every 5 seconds or so.

Yeah yeah I know this'll add up I just need something like this because I like saving screenshots of everything but I don't always remember to take them myself.
