It says, “you do not have permission”, hilariously enough.

Edit: rebuilding the thumbnail attachment cache didn’t work, at least for me.

I was comparing some of the posts on that thread with attachments, and I noticed that the ones that weren’t working didn’t show the attachment file when I clicked the edit button.

This one, as an example, has the attachment uploaded to the post. The other ones you linked to didn’t have the image attached to the post, which is usually what happens when the attachment link is copied from a different post or a DM. In the case of the latter, if the image was originally shared via a DM conversation and you tried sharing the same image in that thread, that would explain why I can’t see it as only those in the conversation would be able to see it.
