Resolved Unresolved Tag Description shows Before the Opening Thread

Only the unresolved Tag shows the tag description before the opening thread.
That is fine i guess, but maybe change the description to something along the lines of
"Currently this feedback is unresolved. Since that description is kinda out of place and more for when you start the thread instead.
