My week has gone great.

Rain is due in from Sunday so I'm hoping to finish painting the house a little later today and the last bit of block work in the garden before I light the pizza oven. I got half a day today so shouldn't take long I hope.
It's been a long tough week for me. Lots of things have gone wrong and lost of things have gone right I'm not sure if that means I've broken even or not.
Few little wins:
- New long form newsletter going out to customers has been a victory at least this week it has if we get the same results next week will be pleased.
- Compared to same time last year this May we are up 152.39% in sales so pleased with that.
- Started talks with a big insurance company hopefully we can close a deal for some box kits around 8,000 or so
- Starting to go into our quiet time so looking forward to two months off to focus up and expand
Losses:
- Container delayed
- Small legal issue resolved but had to pay out £750 to resolve it
- Behind on new product launches and introduction, this time of year is so manic and tough to get things in place
- Packing team well behind
- Some changes to new directions and plans are taking longer than expected
- Got some product Loses I hate it when companies make you buy in a fixed MOQ or if the product has been Licnenced someplace I'm starting to see both of those things as red flags and it means it has no legs when it comes to sales. I'm now sat on 15k of shit till Q4, Q1&2 and hopefully it moves if not I'll be really pissed off.
I just want to be able to test some products first MOQs really fuck me off.
