I often read on social media that people are complaining about their jobs being replaced by AI. You often see headlines where there are mass layoffs from tech companies, but this doesn't always seem related to AI.

That brings me to my question. Has anyone here lost their job to AI? For the self-employed bunch, have you lost clients or customers to AI?

No, at least not yet.

In my field AI raised the bar rather than replaced professionals.
Seems like AI won't replace humans, but people who take advantage of AI to improve their deliverables will replace those who didn't.

Content writers and product research.

Merged it into 1 role, that person had a pay rise and they understand ai prompting.

Can't rely on ai 100% for content it's like 95% there for my niche still needs to be directed by someone who understands the product.
