I used to never have breakfast as I didn’t have the time, but recently I’ve been enjoying cooking myself various bacon-related dishes.

The other day I cooked bacon pancakes, and was very pleased with them. Today, I’ve made a bacon grilled cheese:

Which is just a bacon sandwich, but then I put cheese in it and grilled the sandwich in the bacon grease until the cheese melted and the bread was toasted.

Does anyone else have any breakfast routines? I’m trying to branch out and make nicer food in the mornings.
 
Well for breakfast I had a whole pack of raw bacon.

I also struggled to fight off a carrot.

That fella ki blasted me so hard smh.

Not really a breakfast guy, I usually just have 2 big cups of coffee when I wake up at 2PM and a bowl of noodles an hour later, though I do have grilled cheese sandwiches around 1AM as an evening snack.

Same as I'm not really keen on breakfast, either.
 
having breakfast is a sign that you are a early riser. This is good for health and your future. No one in the world can deny it.
 
I'm the other way... I'm hungry af in the morning but I skip dinner 😅. I usually eat something that could look like lunch all day long. Usually 2 meals but I have so much calorie dense food here that some days I eat once. So no special 'breakfast' food, just full heavy meal in the morning.
 
I stopped eating Dinner at nights, so I'll definitely eat morning Break Fast..

It's Break the Fast with 2 Glasses of Water First, then some of foods like

Idly,
Dosa,
Macaroni,
Maggi Noodles,
Lemon Rice,

I've not had Breakfast yet,
I think, Going to eat Dosa Today in few. minutes Later..
 
Doctor says we have to take break fast at right time to maintain our health healthy. At least one omelette(egg)
Every day the first thing I eat is protein... 2-3 eggs (boiled), then I wait a couple hours before eating anything else to keep insulin levels low or say balanced.

I've not been healthier since I started doing this... Working for me 😁

No breakfast.

First meal is normally 1-2pm then it's a 4egg omelette, cheese, bacon or chicken.

Only time I ever have breakfast at "normal time" is when I have a all day drinking sessions and then it's either full English or egg and bacon muffins
