What is now working in case of ranking after June update?

I saw multiple websites most of them lost traffic, ranking of sites that were on top for last 4-5 years in spam niche have gone down.

So, what exactly is working

I think it's a watch and wait situation tbh. The search volatility is still insane nearly a month after the update finished.

I've lost a lot of traffic; some days it's decent, then the next it's in the ground. It's a never ending dance
