Let’s say you have a big project or you’re just having a slow start.

What is your go-to caffeine source? If it’s coffee, how do you take it?

Black, preferably an Espresso.

I battled with caffeine withdrawals so many times I just don't bother.

Only time I have any now is either in a pain killer or in a mixer (rare) on the weekend.

Rest of the time it's not for me.

I usually have an espresso shot in mine.

I’ve never actually had a caffeine withdrawal even though I consume it regularly, with regular breaks.

Those fun early days formed ya, huh.

Yeah miss the old tea party with the daughter must have drank 100000s of cups while talking to teddies.

Caffeine just not a fix for me. Rather water with a pinch of salt enough for me during the week.

If you go 24-36hr(ish) without it's a cracking headache / migraine till it passes.

Tasters choice with milk.
I drink a lot of coffee, but it doesn't really help me focus or wakes me up, just tastes good and I don't drink water, so coffee it is.

You might be like me. A lot of things, such as coffee, either have a paradoxical effect or no effect. In the case of coffee, it tends to do nothing to me.

It's pretty problematic for me anytime time I've been in the emergency room and I'm given medication.

Coffee in an emergency room can enlighten more on that please

I didn't mean coffee in the emergency room, I was referring to other medications or drugs causing paradoxical effects or no effects at all.

Clonazepam, Lidocaine, and Xanax were the three I was thinking of when I said that, but there have been others over the years.
