For anyone unfamiliar with the term, a struggle meal is that chaotic masterpiece you throw together when the money is low, your fridge is basically just condiments and vibes, and you absolutely refuse to go to the grocery store.
I'll start: Mine is buttered noodles with shredded cheese and a good amount of black pepper. Sometimes I'll also add some garlic.

Your turn: What’s your signature struggle meal? Need some inspiration asap.

Yeah, times can be rough some times, being forced to cook beef fillet instead of wild--caught salmon is no fun at all and buying oysters instead of caviar. I feel your pain man.

Who keeps salt in the fridge?

Probably a corn beef pie or corned beef hash but then I make them when I got shit in the fridge anyway.

I like just traditional home food or your typical pub grub type food. Faggots and peas, steak and kidney pies. Fish pies. Cawl, cottage pie etc

This time of year just hearty warm filling food.

Cheap meal would be beans on toast I guess.

I dunno not been in that boat for so long. I don't do nothing processed.

I don't do take aways either well twice a year. If I got nothing in to eat I go out to eat.

Sorry what ?!

Faggots are a traditional, savoury British dish, particularly popular in the West Midlands and Wales, made from minced pork offal (like liver, heart, and fatty belly), mixed with herbs (sage, thyme) and breadcrumbs, formed into balls, often wrapped in caul fat (pig's stomach lining), and baked or stewed in gravy, typically served with mash and peas

Canned tune, white cheese and diced tomatoes. Tons of salt and pepper.
I can live off that.. don't know why or how this dish came to be.
