Implemented My site is broken section

A user posted an issue in the saloon I'm guessing no other forum section fitted.

Maybe have my site is broke and need help section?

I know no one wants to do full on dev coding fixes but little trouble shooting where fresh eyes help might be useful?

I think Z has a webdesign, coding category in the list to-do if I don`t remember wrong.

Its difficult, you dont want to get to granular but at the same time when you have a site go down or similar problems you do want members to know it could be urgent ?
I'll leave it to the top dogs to decide

That's a valid point! We could add a prefix for that so members can see what threads need more urgent responses.

I think the tag prefix would do and maybe just alter the current description so instead of" and more" its "and trouble shoot hosting, coding issues" or something so it's more of a catch all location?

Thank you for the feedback, everyone! This has a few upvotes already and I feel like this is a helpful and simple change to make, so the description has been changed and a new prefix called Help Needed has been added. I'll mark this as implemented, but please feel free to post here if you feel that the changes could be tweaked.

That's a valid point! We could add a prefix for that so members can see what threads need more urgent responses.

I think a tag would be great I would recommend the tag to be specific i.e. "Site Down" or Site Broken" as an "Urgent tag" would be more than likely abused and create more work for admins.
