Latest convo:

On May, 16th Person A was interested in it since he was running Male models.

5k was too much for Person A, so negotiate to a monthly rent of $1,000.

On May, 17th he was supposed to setup a MM and get invited into the subreddit. That didn't happen and basically ghosted.

Today May, 29th he comes back and wants the Top account + subreddit. ( which was never the OG deal).
He aks what the price was again and the OG deal. He counters with not going to pay more than $2,000.

Prior to 2025 I would agree with you, but since the new changes on account location and device, it will just get the account banned when the buyer logs in.. So it is way safer now to just get the subreddit transferred to the BUYERS account since it has already build "trust" on his device/IP/location.
