Declined Banned karma

If a user is banned and they have unspent karama.

That karama should go to the person(s) who reported or got offended or whatever.

Report I think.

On a more serious note, I didn't report him because I had an obvious biased and didn't want it to look like it was a vendetta rather than an objective rule violation.

Yeah but he threw some below the belt punches directly at my direction. The type that would make any report be taken with a grain of salt.

There isn't a way to automatically do that right now, but it does sound like an interesting idea.

One issue I have with the idea is that I don't necessarily want to gamify getting users banned, so I'd need some time to consider this one.

It also might become tedious for us to do later on, but we should have more resources later to automate things, anyway.

I was sober when I thought of that as well.

You could just move the goal posts latter on. Anything sub X Karma is just binned. Anything above Y would get dished out. Not sure.
