Ahahaha. That'd be funny. Our current landlord doesn't allow pets. Our previous, uhm, landlady actually wanted to convince us to adopt stray cat . I think she just wanted a cat for herself but her family didn't approve so she figured a workaround . Later when one of their dogs died she actually adopted cute little kitty, I still miss this cat, I used to play with it and the dog in the garden.

Very interesting.

I found with landlords or landladys can be anywhere from great people to giant assholes I thankfully never got any bad ones.

The main reasons I prefer having my own property so never pay rent anymore or mortgage since bought it in a off payment plus I like can do most things without anyone else permission.

Yeah, mine was supposed to be rent free but they made me pay rent anyway (changed the rules) so theoretically I 'owned' but I still had to pay rent so now I'm happy because I freed all that money and I only have to pay rent with some small amount of key money/deposit, no need to pay whole value of the property. True that now I can't renovate without landlord's permission... But I hate doing that stuff anyway and he comes over and fixes stuff so I don't have to do anything.

I like doing renovate work I fix stuff often such as I fixed someone Solar panels a few weeks ago

For me can fix toilets,electrical or fix many house sort of stuff pretty easy.
