Implemented Section suggestion - Web Analytics and Data

I'd like to suggest opening a new section dedicated to wen analytics and and data analysis.
Including topics like ranting about GA4, alternatives like Yandex Metrika, Oviond, Clarity.
Event creation, performance analysis, data collection (consent v2, anyone?), creative A/B testing, etc..

This one is at 6 upvotes. Rather than mark it as declined, I saw an opportunity to expand the General Marketing section with two new prefixes: Web Analytics and Data Analysis. We didn't have any prefixes in there, so I didn't mind the idea of adding these.
