So finally getting around to ordering "new" machines. Not being able to update Chrome etc yesterday was a pain in the ass - still works but for how long the problem is only going to keep getting worse.

So tell me WHY shouldn't I get a bunch of these as it looks OK?

Reasons pro or against on a post card and posted below.

I'd buy it. Even if it sucks, the risk seems significantly lower than the reward.

That being said, I know absolutely nothing about the subject.

I like it.

Sounds like I can hold you accountable also.

Thanks @roydan

This is the exact trick my wife uses and I fall for it every fuckn time
If it helps I wont hold you accountable for the new BenQ monitors. I like that brand so I know what I'm getting.

I am torn between green imacs mind but ill just buy 10 of them computers now i have your lifetime guarantee

There are only 4 in stock..
Already off to a fantastic start then... (I'll just find a similar seller or store online doing something similar to that, that will do a deal on X units)

What's wrong with the ones you have now?

13+ years old, all 2012 Mac minis... getting bollocks like this constantly

They work. We gotten all the software and updates as far as it's gotten. It's just time to bump them up now and replace them.

Will still keep some of them, just some things are a pain,n and I think the recent Firefox update is deliberately bricking it with speed to make you move on

I'm talking specifically about the monitors, you don't really need to upgrade them, assuming they're working properly.

Don't tell anyone, but one of my PC screens is connected via VGA.

I'm dying to replace my entire setup.. new computer, screens, even keyboard and mouse.
I'm struggling with it because I'm working on both PC and Mac, but I'll figure it one day. Until then I have an excuse to keep postponing it.

Yeah that's sort of my life.

But I figure sod it. Need to get it done before something stoppes working when I need it

Do they give the refurbish a grade like they do on musicmagpie?
What the stuff im selling or what I'm buying?

Dont care how it looks its going under the desk, most of the units get kicked to fucked anyway or coffee spilt on one I don't need it shiny.

Those are fine, cheap as F too, buy them.

Ta

Yeah it don't have to be fancy looking at it.

Spend the money on the screens that's what you stare at the most.

Long as the hardware works I don't care what shell it looks like.

One of the lads been on about buying them and then house it in watering cans, mowers and that just a bit quirky for the office...
