WTF is happening in Scotland?

I know we have a fair few people from Britain here. Wondered if there is anyone from the Borders that can tell me about this 'Kingdom of Kubala' I just heard of this today lol.

Anybody that doesn't know, Kingdom of Kubala is basically a made-up lost African tribe living on council owned land in Jedburgh Forest, Scotland made up of three [Adult] residents in their 30s and 40s - from Zimbabwe, Ghana and a missing woman from Texas, a King, a Queen and a Maiden that are trying to reclaim their 'Kingdom' in Scotland they claim was stolen from their ancestors 400 years ago. Apparently nobody has been legally able to move them yet, so they've just been squatting on the land palying dungeons and dragons ever since 'settling' there. One of the oddest stories i've heard in a while

lol I was actually wondering what this was about, seen lots of mentions of it on social media but couldn't be arsed to look into it... as a McDonald, our clan ruled a lot of scotland back in the clan days before the English Monarchy split them up for fear of them challenging their power (Lords of the Isles: Clan McDonald was once the largest and most powerful clan in Scotland, controlling extensive territories along the west coast)... They were big but not as big from what I've read. They were fierce enemies of the McDonalds... they fought each other for years, we eventually won of course "The Battle of Coire Na Creiche: The final major battle occurred in 1601, ending with a decisive McDonald victory"

A little update on these wankers. This is where they lived before they ended up in living in a forest in the Scottish borders. Imagine being the poor bastard trying to run a shop right below this monstrosity though. Probably the only guy in the country happy they fucked off to some forest
