I really suck at it, and I do it manually (not spamming or anything).

I offer a high ticket service to businesses and I cherry-pick recipients out of my B2B lists.

My emails consist of a brief intro, case study presentation and a CTA, something like that:

Hi (name)!

I help (niche) companies like (company name) grow in revenue, sometimes while even reducing their advertising costs.

Recently, I worked with (case study company), a leading (niche very close to the client's) company in the U.S. and helped them grow one of their verticals from $700K to over $1.5M in monthly revenue within a year - while cutting 34% of their Google Ads budget.

I'd be happy to set a short call to demonstrate how we did it, and how I can help (company name) get similar results.

Thanks,
Roy.

Any suggestions for subject lines that make sense in that context, that doesn't look spammy, yet will still get some opens?
Also, I'd appreciate any suggestion for the body as well.

What are your current stats? Opening rate, conversion rate?

A great email starts with a fantastic subject. What is your current subject?

I sent them manually, so there are no stats. I got replies in the single digits, so it's pretty much as low as it gets.

Here are the three subjects I tried:
How Much Can We Grow (company name)?
I Have A Cool Offer for (company name)
Is It Realistic to Double (company name)'s Revenue Without Spending More on Ads?

Pretty spammy, I know.

Have you tried cold calling?

Since you offer to jump on a short call anyway.
I can't cold call because of my accent and because I'm not the type who can just call someone. It's too awkward for me, and I'm pretty awkward when I call even for people who know me.

Got it. To improve subject lines and body copy, it’s all about balancing personalization, value, and curiosity while avoiding anything that might look like a typical sales pitch or spammy.

Try subjects like:

"How we helped [similar company] double their revenue"
"A growth story that might interest [Company name]"

Email marketing is pretty tough. You need to test and rotate subjects and body of emails a lot until you figure out something that works. I suggest you start to use some sort of tracking software, or at least make a excel spreadsheet with statistics as it will be hard to optimize anything without any statistics. Make it sweet and short and to the point. Do not make it look like a spammy sales pitch and work a lot on your subject as it will ultimately determine if someone opens the email or not.

That sounds like a limiting belief to me.

Lol same here but I think we just gotta push through it.

Volume negates luck.

The lies we tell ourselves.. right?

I don't mind at all, I'd be happy to hear some more suggestions after implementing @Champagne 's feedback.
