End 2025 with a bang! What are the things you'll do in Q4 that you haven't done in Q2&3 to promote your business? Tax write-off don't count.

I plan on sponsoring some podcasts and diversify my portfolio a bit.

Up until this point there was a segment I served and treated as a nice to have because it was usually a low ticket type of client (though it's a huge fun and a lower effort client), but suddenly I realized that I gathered some impressive case studies that can probably beat the shit out of some of the other agencies in this space, so I'll start automating some LinkedIn outreach for it and see how it goes.

Additionally I'll try sponsoring some podcasts in my main and secondary niche to go together with my press releases. See how this would work.

The one thing I'm *really* worried about is my shiney object syndrome.

I'm sponsoring a football team, something I don't normally do as I can't stand football (soccer) it's an U12s team I think nothing exciting but my neighbour/drinking buddy asked so I said yeah.

Don't do much in Q4 really as we plan ahead of time for it all. The only exception is we tend to keep an eye out for #journorequests #prerequests on X and so on for anyone looking for budget secret Santa gifts, xmas gift ideas and so on and we then reach out to them and offer a kit we can provide. That tends to work well and we find new people to parter with we would not normally contact.

We've done that the past 2 years and last year when the start of "cost of living" was a big deal in UK, the kit took off as we discounted it to be under £5 and as a secret Santa gift it flew out.

I meant don't include thongs that are not supposed to grow your business. You can technically do it as a tax write-off but I chose a few specific ones that I believe can really drive traffic and open some doors.

if i can get some good quality shnapperoonies with the new Redmi then I'm on top of the world

css and blobs for design, photos/ai edited photos for graphics

clean fonts and consistent structure then im on the path to looking like i know what im doing
