We don't have a computing category that I can see for general news, hardware discussions etc? I thought we did but I can't seem to find it the left hand menu?

Possible to add one? To talk about OS developments, updates etc

I can actually use some help with a new PC build..

I like this one and upvoted it myself.

You know the drill, 10 upvotes and we’ll add it in. ;)

We're still at 2 upvotes on this one a month later. I'll mark it as declined for now, but if it ever gets enough upvotes, I wouldn't mind adding a Computing prefix to The Saloon at some point.

That get's 2 and it's OK. This gets 2 and not OK?

Never thought computing could be racist.

Is it because computer towers went from white in the 80s late 90s to black and now you can get multi coloured rbg lights? is it a gay pride thing not allowed computing?

Yes, that's exactly the reason.

I wanted to throw you a bone with the other suggestion. Adding a single menu bar item isn't as much of a big deal as adding an entire subforum, although I thought over creating a prefix for Computing in The Saloon. I can add that in later today along with a few others based on some popular threads types that get created in that section.

This jumped up to 7 upvotes, so I take it others just missed this suggestion.

I'll post an update about it once this is done.

A computing prefix has been added in. See the changelog for more information.
