Diablo fans? Check this out

There's a lesser known game that is basically Diablo 2, just with better UX and UI.
And no, I will not play resurrected because the whole point of playing Diablo 2 is that it's hard to distinguish between 5 and 6.

Torchlight.

I played the first, it was nice. I played the second one more than 10 years ago and recently started playing again. I'm having the time of my life.

Super cool are highly recommended. Bought both from GOG.

@Impulse and I like Diablo 2. Diablo 3 was okay (although the Treasure Goblin realm was fun) and we couldn't really get into Diablo 4.

We'll have to check that Torchlight game out later as we're always interested in more games like that.

If you're looking for any new ones as well, check out Path of Exile 2. We played that one more recently and found it pretty similar to Diablo 2.

I couldn’t get into Torchlight. It just had some mechanics I wasn’t entirely fond of.

I play path of exile through and have for roughly 11 years. PoE is D2’s spiritual successor. Even though, I enjoyed D3.

I haven't heared of PoE at all until now, gonna look into it once I finish this run (NG+) of Torchlight 2.

So, I’m biased with PoE and may not have given Torchlight a full fair chance. I started playing PoE1 when it released. I played PoE2 upon release but PoE1 is just perfect to me.

We started POE1 as well, although we haven't gotten far into it because we're more in the mood to play Valheim right now.

There’s a lot to PoE1 if you haven’t played it. They have a new league that comes out on Halloween. If you two end up rolling, feel free to add me and we can run together at some point.
