Mainly dealing with a new supplier in Italy.

Been buying in a certain product for £75 for 2,500 units, which has been OK as it has a very good margin when you split them up, we sell maybe 35,000+ units year..

However, this company in Italy can provide the same thing (in a different colour), 9,500 units for £60! So I purchased a pallet, which is 196,000 units (should last a little while) as well as some new products to extend the range next year!

I'm focusing on a new project site I've been meaning to start. It's nothing major I've just been putting it off for sometime now.

Well bud, i have an immense amount of work to do. I have to transfer a whole wordpress website as in all the plugins, the elementor templates, the plugins (theres a lot), the woocommerce orders, the users, and ofc the CPTs I made, all the posts, all the damn pages --- and all that shiii

except for the database. it has to be a whole new database. FMFL

Then after that you know I have to do all the marketing. I clown trustpilot daily. And good ol G too.

Remember that client from hell? I ghosted him for 2 weeks and he still wants to renew for some reason .

Trying to rent something short term in Kuala Lumpur but scams there are insane, jeez. Like they basically remove their listings and add again under different names to get rid of negative reviews . I search on google maps and here they are - 1 star reviews from pissed people.

Remember that client from hell? I ghosted him for 2 weeks and he still wants to renew for some reason .

Increase fee to him.

Either he goes away or he stays and it makes the pain a little easier.

I suspect he will pay increase if you ghosted him..
