What challenges will I face while using pre monetized YouTube channel?

The monetization on the account can get revoked if YT finds out that there were fake followers. The account can get suspended if they think it changed hands too.
I haven’t had it happen to me but I’ve heard some horror stories from people who bought accounts from some bad marketplaces, you know the one, only for the account to get suspended a short time after. Not even long enough after for anyone to do anything with the account. The guys who sold the accounts always tried saying “OH you didn’t use the right proxy” or whatever but they never specified what country the proxy needed to be in to my friends who bought it.
It’s a real consistent story in the industry so just watch out for that.

This is false.
There is no rule that says selling accounts is not allowed. They will just do nothing when the OG owners try to claim it back. So you the buyer is fucked if not done properly.
