East coast Canada (Nova Scotia). This was bad, combined with wind blowing in your face and down your shirt, but the two-day power outage beats it by a fair amount. We're getting even more on Monday or sometime around then.

To me, wind isn't the worst thing, but it can make the worst thing even worse. Or maybe wind is the worst thing and snow makes it even worse.
