Reworked the Copyright claim and resend hopefully the slacking copyright team will get it and push it though

Since the person that started the copyright claim, also got his channel terminated, I am fucked now as well..

But he still has this channel so unfair.

indeed, I mean I was also a bit too forward with it, I had to split up the copyright strikes into 4 parts ( 4 strikes) So I had more chances.

It is what it is, will eventually find someone to help me get it removed when I got more $$

What some people do when they get banned is they put it say their brother or parent or some other family member name that itself stops the person being rebanned but you do the work just under the other person name instead of your one.

That is indeed a good alternative.

But personally find it risky brings so much shit with it if you earn $$$$ per month, when it's no longer a hobby

Makes sense but this does seem only way around it unless you can get your account back heard Youtube very hard to work with over it.

I had friends do they never got banned ever.

I am thinking that in some cases either Youtube staff or simply how it runs it puts someone for example say John Smith New York City on bad list so always gets banned but if say Mike Smith does he safe even if he does break youtube rules or simple he gets in less trouble than the other brother.

I think it really depends on who you get to handle your case in the department.

Some give you really more leeway
